We steamed the ‘flower and mashed with the immersion blender with yogurt and a dab of buttermilk. The chicken is stuffed with Turkey bacon. The greens made with onions. Amazing and healthy!

Instead of potatoes we made giant biscuit in an 8″ cast iron pan and then under an egg scramble. Next time less biscuit.

A group effort, E and I made thin egg omelettes with broasted tomatoes.
